Brain Connect ADULT EDUCATION sessions 💻

The Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington (BIAWW) proudly offers engaging and educational presentations for seniors across our region. Our sessions are designed to support lifelong learning, digital confidence, and overall wellbeing.

Topics include:

• Digital Literacy: Navigating technology with confidence
• Frauds & Scams: How to recognize and protect yourself from common scams
• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Understanding today’s technology in simple, practical terms
• Health & Wellness: Including Falls Prevention, Health Monitoring, and strategies for maintaining independence
   

Each presentation is approximately one hour, followed by an interactive Q&A session to encourage discussion and connection.

We regularly visit seniors’ residences, community centres, and local organizations throughout Kitchener-Waterloo and Wellington County.
